1. Acceptance
By accessing or using BRACU Course Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account access
Student access requires an official BRAC University G-Suite email ending in @g.bracu.ac.bd. Administrator access is limited to accounts and credentials assigned through authorized administration tools.
You are responsible for protecting access to your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.
3. Independent academic planning tool
BRACU Course Tracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by BRAC University.
It is a planning aid, not an official BRAC University record, advising service, registration system, or determination of graduation eligibility. Course information, prerequisites, grades, credits, and calculations may be incomplete or contain errors. Always verify decisions and official results with BRAC University.
4. Your information and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining an appropriate backup of important records. You retain responsibility for your data; the service processes it only as needed to provide, secure, and support the features you use.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, administrator features, or infrastructure.
- Impersonate another person or submit deceptive account or support information.
- Upload malicious code, interfere with service operation, or bypass security controls.
- Use abusive automation, scraping, or excessive requests that disrupt availability.
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
6. Availability and account action
The service may be updated, interrupted, or placed in maintenance mode. Features can change as the project develops, and uninterrupted availability is not promised.
We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address security concerns, abuse, unauthorized activity, or a violation of these terms. Administrator capabilities remain limited by assigned roles and permissions.
Academic calculations and generated reports are provided as planning assistance and should be independently checked before relying on them.
7. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised for material updates. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point.
